Purchases and paid generation
Deposits are not open yet. A subscription does not include money to spend with shops or generation providers.

Deposits, purchases and balance refunds must pass live verification before launch. Eligible card refunds return to the original payment method. Supplier cancellation terms apply to completed purchases.

What are the usage limits?
Plus includes $10 of assistant usage and up to 300 requests per subscription month. Agency includes $20 and up to 2000 requests. Work stops at whichever limit is reached first; long or tool-heavy tasks can use the budget sooner. Usage uses provider-reported costs or published-rate estimates, with temporary reservations for work in progress or costs awaiting confirmation. Both paid allowances reset with your subscription period and do not roll over. Purchases and generation are separate. No automatic overages. Free has a $0.05 lifetime trial budget and up to 30 requests per calendar month; the trial budget does not renew.
How do paid plans work?
Paid checkout is awaiting launch acceptance. You can create a free account now; once paid checkout opens, complete account approval and choose Plus or Agency in Settings. Stripe shows the amount before you pay. Plans renew monthly until cancelled; purchases and paid generation are charged separately when enabled.
Can I add money for purchases?
Deposits and purchases are not open yet. When enabled, your purchase balance will be recorded as money owed to you, not subscription revenue. Do not subscribe expecting purchases or phone requests to be available today.
How do I change or cancel a plan?
Open Manage billing in Settings to review a plan change or cancel renewal. Stripe shows any prorated charge or credit before confirmation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; an unused purchase balance is not a subscription fee.
What happens at my request limit?
Assistant work pauses when either allowance is reached. Paid allowances renew with your subscription period. The free trial budget does not renew; upgrading provides a paid monthly allowance. There are no automatic overage charges. A request is one assistant response or scheduled task run, not an unlimited conversation; phone confirmation work also counts when enabled.
